Our Services. Precision Pools delivers Pool Care, Swimming Pool Cleaning, Pool Maintenance, Pool Winterizing, Monthly Pool Service. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Precision Pools and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Precision Pools disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Pools's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Precision Pools in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Precision Pools harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
